3 DAYS AGADIR ITINERARY:
DAY 1: AGADIR – TALIOUINE – AGDEZ – ZAGORA
We’ll start this Agadir desert tour in the morning from Agadir and head southeast of Morocco. Along the way, we’ll stop at Taliouine to visit a saffron cooperative. Then, we’ll have lunch in Agdez before continuing to Tamnougalte, home to the oldest Kasbah in the southeast. Our next destination is Zagora, passing through the vast palm grove of the Draa Valley, which stretches for 151 km. We’ll spend the night in a hotel or a lovely riad in Zagora.
DAY 2: ZAGORA – M’HAMID – CAMEL TREKKING – ERG CHEGAGA
After breakfast, we’ll head to visit the Koranic library, immersing ourselves in the rich cultural heritage it holds. then continue to the charming town of M’hamid for lunch.
Following our satisfying meal, we set out on our amazing adventure towards the breathtaking Erg-Chegaga sand dunes. Erg-Chegaga sand dunes is one of the tallest dune in Morocco, reaching a length of over 40 kilometers and an impressive 300 meters. As we arrive, we’ll be greeted by the mesmerizing sight of golden sands stretching as far as the eye can see.
You will ride your camel and cross the dunes to your camp. Along the way, you will enjoy the sunset over the golden dunes and savor a traditional dinner accompanied by Saharan songs. Then, we’ll spend the night at the desert camp
DAY 3: ERG CHIGAGA – TAZNAKHT – TAROUDANT – AGADIR
Today after enjoying the desert sunrise view, you will have breakfast and then head to Foum Zguid using the old Paris-Dakar track and passing by the dry lake of Iriqui. We’ll stop for lunch in Taznakht and then continue our journey to Agadir. We’ll arrive there late in the afternoon.
