8 DAYS AGADIR DESERT TOUR TO MARRAKECH

DAY 1: AIRPORT ARRIVAL – ACCOMMODATION IN AGADIR

Upon your arrival at Agadir airport, our driver will be waiting to greet you. From there, he will take to your accommodation

Day 2: AGADIR – TALIOUIN – KASBAH AIT BENHADOU – OUARZAZAZTE

On the second day of 8 days Agadir desert tour and Marrakech we leave around 8am and head to southern Morocco, passing by Kasbah Ait Benhadou and the saffron capital Taliouine. We will have stops along the road before reaching Taznakhte, the capital of Moroccan carpets. After lunch, we visit the Kasbah of Ait Benhadou as UNESCO World Heritage Site, , in the afternoon. Then, we continue to Ouarzazate, where you will visit the Cinema studio before heading to your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 3: OUARZAZATE – TODGHA GORGES – TINJDADA – MERZOUGA DESERT

After breakfast, set out from Ouarzazate towards the desert oasis of Merzouga. Explore the gorgeous Draa Valley, with its green palm groves and historic kasbahs. making occasional stops to admire the stunning scenery and capture photographs. Pause at the Todra Gorge, an awe-inspiring canyon with towering cliffs, where you can take a leisurely stroll and soak in the breathtaking natural beauty.

Resume the journey to Merzouga, where the landscape gradually transitions into the iconic Saharan dunes. Upon arrival, you will ride camel and cross the sund dunes. relishing in the tranquility and vastness of the sandy expanse. As the sun sets, marvel at the kaleidoscopic hues painting the horizon before settling into your desert camp for the night, indulging in Berber hospitality, delectable cuisine, and rhythmic music beneath the star-studded sky. DAY 4: MERZOUGA DESERT –TINJDAD –  TODGHA GORGES – DADES VALLEY

To start your day perfectly, make sure to get up early to witness the splendor of the desert sunrise. After a delicious breakfast, enjoy the chance to ride your beloved camel all the way back to Merzouga. After arriving in Merzouga, meet up with our driver and start your journey Dades Gorges.

We’ll say goodbye to the desert and head to Erfoud, which is known for its mineral mines. Our next destination is the quaint Berber settlement of Melaab, where you can dress traditionally to really immerse yourself in the vivid culture. Next, proceed to Todra Gorges, famed for its towering mountains and allure to climbers. The gorges feature a river and canal where you can feel the refreshing water flow from beneath the immense mountains.

As the day draws to a close, we’ll journey to Boumalne Dades, where you’ll spend the night in a local hotel or Riad.

DAY 5: DADDES VALLEY – HIGH ATLAS –  MONTAINS MARRAKECH

today after a delicious breakfast in Boumalne Dades we will drive to Marrakech. Our first stop is Kalaat M’gouna, renowned as the city of roses, where we’ll immerse ourselves in the delightful aroma of blooming flowers.

 Continuing our journey, we explore the ancient Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, situated within a fortified village, offering ample opportunities for capturing stunning photographs. We then traverse the highest road in Morocco, Tizi-N-Tichka, capturing breathtaking panoramic views along the way. Our final stop is at one of the Argan oil women’s cooperatives, where you can gain insight into the traditional production methods of this valuable oil, before ascending over the High Atlas Mountains on our route back to Marrakech.

DAY 6: MARRAKECH GUIDED TOUR:

Today you will explore Marrakech with a local guide.  After with breakfast at the hotel before you will be accompanied with our local guide on an exciting exploration of Marrakech. Begin your tour at the lively Jemaa el-Fna plaza, where you’ll encounter street artists, musicians, and vibrant vendors. After lunch, visit the tranquil Majorelle Gardens, created by French painter Jacques Majorelle. Continue your journey with a visit to the Bahia Palace and the iconic Koutoubia Mosque. Enjoy some free time in the afternoon to explore the bustling medina before returning to the hotel for the overnight.

DAY 7: MARRAKECH – ESSAOUIRA

Following a delightful breakfast in Marrakech we will head to Essaouira. Along the way, we’ll stope to marvel at the famous Argan trees, where goats often perch in the branches, showcasing a unique and picturesque sight. Take the opportunity to capture panoramic views of the stunning landscape.

Upon reaching Essaouira, formerly known as Mogador, you delve into its rich history and coastal charm. Begin your exploration by visiting the bustling fishing port, where local fishermen ply their trade amidst a backdrop of colorful boats and seagulls soaring overhead. Next, you’ll wander through the ancient ramparts adorned with cannons, offering a glimpse into the city’s fortified past.

The journey continues with a stroll through the labyrinthine streets of the old medina, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where time seems to stand still amidst the whitewashed buildings and bustling souks. Delight yourself in the vibrant atmosphere as you wander the shops selling handicrafts, fabrics, and local cuisine. As the day draws to a close, we retire to our accommodations in Essaouira,

DAY 8: ESSAOUIRA – ATLANTIC OCEAN – AGADIR

Following a full breakfast, your journey continues with a scenic drive along the Atlantic Ocean to Agadir. Along the route, you’ll see breathtaking coastal views, with the blue seas of the Atlantic stretching out to meet the horizon on one side and steep cliffs and sandy beaches on the other. Keep an eye out for picturesque fishing communities along the coast, where colorful boats bob softly in the port and inhabitants go about their daily lives. As you approach Agadir, you’ll see palm-fringed promenades and beautiful beaches, setting the stage for the next part of your Moroccan experience. Drop you off at your accommodation.
