Picture this: a private tent in the heart of the Sahara, the only sound the whisper of wind across the dunes. A candlelit dinner appears, prepared just for you — traditional Moroccan tagine, fresh bread baked in the sand, and mint tea served under a sky with more stars than you have ever seen. Tomorrow morning, you will wake to a golden sunrise over Erg Chebbi and ride a camel back to your waiting private 4×4, where your personal Berber guide has already planned the next chapter of your journey.
This is not a fantasy. This is a Tuesday on one of our Morocco luxury tours.
We are Morocco Stunning Tours, a Berber family-owned travel company based in Fes with over 10 years of experience crafting private, bespoke journeys across Morocco. Our founder, Aziz, was born and raised in a Berber family from Merzouga — the gateway to the Sahara Desert. When we say we know Morocco inside out, we mean it literally. These are our roads, our mountains, our desert, and our culture. We do not outsource your experience to a third party. We are the experience.
Rated 5.0 out of 5 on TripAdvisor with over 261 reviews, we have earned the trust of travelers from the United States, Australia, Brazil, Europe, and beyond. Our luxury tours combine the finest accommodation, private transportation, and exclusive cultural experiences with the authentic, personal touch that only a locally-owned Moroccan company can deliver.
The word “luxury” is overused in travel. For us, it means three things: privacy, authenticity, and perfection in every detail. Here is exactly what sets our luxury Morocco tours apart from the rest:
Every luxury tour is entirely private. You travel in a modern, air-conditioned 4×4 or premium minivan with your dedicated English-speaking Berber guide and driver. No sharing with strangers, no fixed schedules, no compromises. Want to stop for photos at a mountain pass? Spend an extra hour at a kasbah? Change the plan entirely? Done. Your guide adapts the day to you.
We do not book generic chain hotels. Every night of your luxury tour is spent in accommodation we have personally visited, vetted, and selected for its character, comfort, and service. In Marrakech and Fes, that means intimate boutique riads with courtyards, fountains, and rooftop terraces overlooking the medina. In the desert, it means a premium camp with private tents, ensuite bathrooms, hot showers, and gourmet dining. In the mountains and valleys, it means charming kasbahs and lodges with breathtaking views.
Because we are local, we can arrange experiences that international tour operators simply cannot access. A private dinner in a family home in the Fes medina. A visit to a Berber village where our family knows the elders personally. A sunrise yoga session on the Sahara dunes. A behind-the-scenes tour of the Fes tanneries with a craftsman who will show you the process by hand. These are not checkbox activities — they are genuine, intimate encounters with Moroccan life.
Our luxury itineraries are starting points, not rigid programs. Tell us your interests — food, photography, history, architecture, wellness, adventure — and we will design a journey around them. Traveling for a honeymoon? We add romantic touches. Celebrating a milestone birthday? We organize a surprise. Traveling with children? We adjust the pace and add family-friendly activities. Every luxury tour is built around you.
The Sahara Desert is the heart of every Morocco tour, and our luxury desert experience is something truly special. As a Berber family from Merzouga, we have personal relationships with the finest desert camps in the Erg Chebbi dunes — camps that many international operators do not even know exist.
Here is what your luxury desert experience includes:
Standard camp vs. luxury camp: Our standard tours use comfortable shared camps. On our luxury tours, we exclusively use premium private camps where your tent feels like a hotel suite in the middle of the desert. The difference is night and day — literally.
Every luxury tour is customized, but here are our most popular starting points. Use these as inspiration — we will adjust every detail to match your vision.

Every day includes a mix of guided cultural experiences and personal free time. Your private guide ensures seamless logistics while leaving space for spontaneity. Ideal for couples celebrating an anniversary, families on a once-in-a-lifetime trip, or anyone flying from the US or Australia who wants to make the long journey count.
Do not see exactly what you want? That is the point. Every itinerary above is a starting point. We create luxury tours from 3 days (a quick desert escape from Marrakech) to 15 days (the complete Morocco grand tour). Tell us your dates, interests, and travel style, and we will design something just for you.
Popular custom requests include: luxury honeymoon tours, photography-focused itineraries, food and wine journeys, wellness and hammam retreats, family luxury tours with child-friendly pacing, and Jewish heritage tours of Morocco’s Imperial Cities.
A luxury tour is defined by its moments, not just its hotels. Here are some of the exclusive experiences available on our Morocco luxury tours:
All experiences are optional add-ons. Tell us which ones interest you when you inquire, and we will weave them into your itinerary.

Morocco is one of the most romantic destinations in the world, and our luxury honeymoon tours are designed to celebrate your love story in extraordinary settings.
Imagine your first morning as a married couple waking up in a centuries-old riad in the heart of Fes, sunlight filtering through carved cedar screens. Wondering how we compare to companies like Intrepid, Tauck, or Abercrombie & Kent? Here is the honest difference:
Feature | Morocco Stunning Tours | International Operators |
Who runs it | Berber family from the Sahara Desert, based in Morocco | Headquarters in London, New York, or Sydney |
Your guide | Local Berber guide who grew up in Morocco | Hired guide or outsourced to local subcontractors |
Customization | 100% bespoke – every detail tailored to you | Fixed itineraries with limited flexibility |
Group size | Fully private (just you and your party) | Group tours of 12–40 travelers |
Desert access | Family connections to the best camps in Merzouga | Standard camps booked through third parties |
Value | Direct local pricing – no middleman markup | Premium pricing with agency margins added |
Reviews | 5.0/5 on TripAdvisor (261+ reviews) | Varies (typically 4.2–4.7) |
The bottom line: With us, your money goes directly into your experience — better accommodation, a better guide, and a better trip — not into overhead offices in Western cities. And because we are local, we can offer luxury experiences at prices that international operators cannot match.

Yes. Every luxury tour is entirely private — just you, your travel companions, and your personal Berber guide. You will never be grouped with strangers. Your vehicle, your guide, and your schedule are yours alone. This is the core of what makes our luxury experience different.
We handpick every property for quality, character, and service. In cities like Marrakech and Fes, you will stay in boutique riads — traditional Moroccan guesthouses with courtyards, intricate tilework, and personalized service. In the desert, we use premium luxury camps with private tents featuring real beds, ensuite bathrooms, and hot showers. In the mountains and valleys, we select charming kasbah lodges and boutique hotels with stunning views. We can also arrange 5-star international hotels if you prefer.
Absolutely. Honeymoons are one of our specialties. We add romantic touches throughout your trip — private dinners, room upgrades, couples’ spa experiences, and surprise celebrations. Tell us about your vision and we will create something unforgettable.
We recommend booking at least 4 to 8 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (March–May and September–November). This gives us time to secure the best boutique riads and luxury desert camps, which have limited availability. However, we have arranged tours with as little as one week’s notice when availability allows.
Yes. Morocco is one of the safest countries in Africa and actively welcomes international tourism. As luxury travelers with a private guide, you benefit from an additional layer of security — your guide handles all logistics, navigation, and local interactions. We have been safely guiding American and Australian travelers for over a decade.
No. Citizens of both the United States and Australia can enter Morocco visa-free for up to 90 days. You only need a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.
Spring (March–May) and autumn (September–November) offer the most pleasant weather for both city exploration and desert travel. These months provide warm days, cool evenings, and the best conditions for the Sahara. Winter (December–February) is lovely for cities but desert nights can be very cold. Summer (June–August) is hot, especially in Marrakech and the desert, though coastal towns like Essaouira remain comfortable.
Yes. Some travelers prefer luxury private accommodation in the cities and a shared small group experience for the desert portion. We are happy to create a hybrid itinerary that combines both. See our Morocco Small Group Tours for the group options.
That is one of the biggest advantages of a private luxury tour. Because you have your own vehicle and guide, we can adjust the plan on the fly. Want to spend an extra night in Fes? Skip a stop and head straight to the coast? Your guide will coordinate the changes in real time. Flexibility is built into every luxury tour we offer.
Your bespoke Morocco experience begins with a single message. Tell us your dream trip and we will make it real.
