ToggleThese terms govern all tour enquiries and bookings made with MOROCCO STUNNING TOURS SARL AU, a registered Moroccan tour company (RC 19167 · ICE 003617060000047), registered office at Ksar Tiharyine, Taous, Er-Rissani, Morocco, operating office in Fes (“Morocco Stunning Tours”, “we”, “us”). Full company details are on our Legal Notice page.
All our tours are private and tailor-made. The usual process: you send an enquiry, we design a personalised itinerary and quote, and we refine it together. A booking becomes binding when we confirm it in writing (email or WhatsApp) and any deposit stated in your proposal has been received. The person making the booking confirms they are authorised to accept these terms for the whole travelling party.
Prices are quoted per itinerary, in the currency stated in your proposal, and include the services listed in it (vehicle, driver, fuel, stated accommodation and activities). Anything not listed — such as flights, visas, lunches, drinks, tips and personal expenses — is not included unless your proposal says otherwise. Payment methods, deposit amount and balance due date are stated in your proposal or invoice. Online payments are encrypted (SSL).
We know plans move. Tell us in writing as early as possible and we will do our best to adjust dates, routing or hotels; changes that increase costs will be re-quoted before you confirm them.
Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected]. The applicable cancellation and refund terms are those stated in your tour proposal or booking confirmation. Where a specific service (e.g. certain hotels in high season) carries stricter conditions from the supplier, we tell you at booking.
If we must materially change or cancel your tour for reasons within our control, you may choose between an equivalent alternative or a refund of amounts paid for the affected services. Where changes are forced by circumstances beyond our control (see Force Majeure), we will propose the best available alternative; refunds then depend on what our suppliers refund to us.
You are responsible for valid passports, visas and any health requirements for entering Morocco. Tour prices do not include travel insurance. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs and personal belongings.
Our drivers and guides may adapt routes, activities or timing where weather, road conditions or safety require it (for example sandstorms, mountain-pass closures). You must follow reasonable safety instructions from your driver, guide or camp host. Activities such as camel trekking, quad biking or hiking carry inherent risks that you accept by taking part.
We select our drivers, guides, accommodation and camp partners with care and remain your single point of contact throughout the trip. Our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the affected services, except where Moroccan law does not allow such a limit. We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control or by services you book directly with third parties.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control: extreme weather, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest, or government travel restrictions.
If something is not right during your tour, tell your driver, guide or us immediately — almost everything can be fixed on the spot. Unresolved complaints should be sent to [email protected] within 30 days of the end of the tour.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts.
