To enjoy the middle Atlas Mountains, visit The Switzerland of Morocco ” Ifran Town” as well as walking in the largest Cedar Forest in Africa, see and feed monkies. Also, you will see the impressive valley of Ziz. Moreover, you will explore the Sahara Desert, visit nomads, and ride camels in the golden dunes of Merzouga.
We’ll pick you up from your accommodation and take you over the Middle Atlas Mountains to the Sahara Desert. We’ll stop in Ifran, which is regarded as the “Switzerland of Morocco” because of its resemblance to a Swiss mountain resort. We’ll then travel to the Cedar Forest, North Africa’s largest and home to Barbary Monkies, where we’ll be able to feed them and snap some beautiful photographs. We continue on our tour, admiring nature’s stunning Berber mud villages, farmland, and landscapes. We’ll take a break for lunch about halfway through. Then continue on to Talghomt Pass and the Ziz Gorges. We’ll arrive at the impressive hidden oases of Ziz Valley, which are surrounded by palm groves, we’ll stop for panoramic views and some time to relax and enjoy the oases, then travel up the valley to Erfoud, a fossil town. You’ll have the opportunity to observe both precious stones and fossils. Visitors are welcome to attend the Marmar workshop. Getting up early in the morning is a ” must do ” if you want to view one of the most spectacular sunrises you’ve ever seen from the top of a dune near the camp. After breakfast, you’ll ride the camels back to the Sahara’s edge, where you’ll reunite with your driver. Leaving the vast desert’s tranquility and solitude to travel to Fes.
